Diversity action planning and strategy development provide a useful framework to utilize diversity in advancing global market opportunities. Time slots range from Half-day to Three Day sessions, 90-minute Brown Bag luncheon sessions as well as 3 to 6-month organizational studies/plan development.

ABOUT NelStar
In recognition of the demographic changes rapidly taking place in today's workforce and the need for innovative techniques and employee programs, Karen Nelson created NelStar Enterprises in June, 1994, a diversity and inclusion consulting agency. Nelson is Lead Consultant of the firm. Nelson is also publisher of a line of multicultural children's cloth books. The first in her series, "My First Kwanzaa" was released in December of 1996. Leadership Consulting was added in 2001 to more accurately reflect NelStar’s updated services for the new century. Nelson believes leaders view the horizon, not just the terrain!
